Terms of Service

Effective October 1, 2026

Using the service

GBP Reviews lets authorized agencies connect Google Business Profiles, cache reviews, and provide those reviews through an authenticated API. You must provide accurate account information and use the service only for lawful business purposes.

Google authorization

You may connect only Google accounts and Business Profiles that you own or are authorized to manage. You control whether to grant or revoke Google access. Disconnecting stops future synchronization, although previously cached reviews remain until they are deleted under the service's retention practices.

Account security and acceptable use

You are responsible for safeguarding passwords and API keys and for activity performed through your account. You may not misuse the service, bypass access controls, interfere with its operation, scrape data without authorization, or use review data in a deceptive or unlawful way.

Third-party services

The service depends on Google APIs and infrastructure providers. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's applicable terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or data supplied by third parties.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law or third-party requirements, or improve the service. We may update these terms and will identify the latest revision by the effective date above.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete review data, or that third-party APIs will remain unchanged. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Termination and contact

You may stop using the service and disconnect Google access at any time. We may suspend access for misuse, security risk, nonpayment, or legal requirements. Questions about these terms may be sent through the support contact displayed in the service or its Google OAuth consent screen.
